Thread: workout routine while on sd?

workout routine while on sd?
should i workout 2 body parts a week while on sd or just stick to one? i am thinking of doing this routine
day1 chest/bi's
day2 shoulders/tris
day3 legs/back
day4 off
day5 off
day6 back to day 1...... and so on
or should i just stick to this

day4 off
day5 off
day7 off
day7 off
i am thinking of doing the first option because i am on sd and i wanna take full advantage of it or shouold i just let my body rest up a full week before going back into the gym?

YOU dont have alot of time to hit the gym??? because on sd you should take advantage in training a lil more. i mean i know you can see diff in 3 days but why dont you spred your days a lil better and hit the gym about 4 or 5 times since your on sd? just my opinion

make sure you give every muscle atleast 2 days rest...and my sugestion is do a leg ONLY DAY theres no way you can hit back as hard as you can and legs as hard as you can the same day..unless you split train

yea i think youll be fine doing it as long as you give that muscle 48 hrs rest atleast

you can yes. look into Ironman's training regimine. it is good as is, and it can be utilized as a great primer for 2x a week routines. many will disagree but one day a week should be left for those who are genetically elite or very experienced with a large amount of LBM to recover.
