    shakes

    Is anyone familiar with Spiru-tein Whey shakes? Recently i was told it is all kinds of great stuff, supposedly one of the draws is being "organic". Besides being somewhat pricy i'm curious if its any good. At least it does taste good.

    Just tried a sample at a local pilgrams vitamin shop, wasn't really that impressed I'll stick to Optimum or Dymatize any day, save the bucks.
