    Going to the military..anyone have experience of supplements while being enlisted?

    Anyone in the military, or went through bootcamp, please help me out in figuring what could best help me in maintaing energy and strength while going throughboot camp. I wont be leaving for a couple months though, is their anything they may hide from me before i go so i can especially train on..i want to be one of the most enduring enlisties their lol

    Best thing for you to do is to get on a routine, run, pushups, pullups and situps. Once you get to bootcamp you will go thru something called a shakedown where they strip you of all of your personal belongings issue you a uniform and train you! Don't worry about what to take while in bootcamp, prepare your body by doing what I suggested. Good Luck

    You won't be able to have anything in bootcamp. They made us throw out asprin and ibuprofen.

    Quil: Thats what i was figuring they would do. Aw well. But on an even worse note, i tore my left bicep today not knowing till i got home and looked at it in the mirror. Atleast i belive its torn, a little one. what should i do..ill post a pic of it tommorrow.

    Yea, i know that. But what about training. Should i hold off on the arms for a week or so, or continue my routine.

    Never mind. I dont think its that big of a deal, yesterday it hurt but today i can fully flex it without excruciatiing pain.
