If i were to use m1t for cutting, what should my diet look like? 500 calories under maintenance with carbs only in the morning (oatmeal) and pre and post workout? All the rest of my meals coming from protein and flax and peanut butter. Would this be optimal? I would be taking ECA to help with lethargy and fat loss..i would take in 7 meals a day... plus a shake in the middle of the night when i wake up to pee. 2 gallons of water a day. cardio in am before eating... Has any one used m1t for cutting what where your results? I have heard good things if done right...What should my ratios be of protein to fats? should i have more protein because of the m1t? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
