ok well i started my PP cycle this morning. i am taking 10 mg before work out with half my support supps and then the other 10 mg and support supps after luch around 12ish. i wieghed in at 194 this morning before drinking any water or eating so that will be the base line wieght for me. so that puts me at 5'10 194 lbs, 35 years old and in descent physical shape.

ok will post again tommorrow, tommorrow is chest and triceps, but have a sick shoulder so it wont be nothing too crazy..... until im sure it is totally healed, its been 10 weeks s i think it is ok but still taking it a lil easy on it.
