    Ephedrine with Yohimbine

I just purchased some vasopro to assist in my weight loss goals. I am 6"2 250 Lbs and around 15% bf. I have my diet down and will cardio five to six mornings out of the week. My question is can I add vasopro to a fatburner with yohimbine in it such as Lipo 6? Will this also suffice for the caffeine portion of the stack? also I am worried about hunger at night is there something I can take for this? Any help is much appreciated

how's it going bro...your questions would be answered much better in the suppliments forum. this forum is for AAS. But to try and answer your questions, I would be careful with either of those "weight loss" compounds. The best way to go about weight loss is a proper diet (which you can find in the diet forum) and exercise (done in the morning on an empty stomache). If you are just starting out on a weight loss plan, I would only do cardio 3 maybe 4 times per week so that you don't get burnt out and bored. Last thing you want to have happen is waking up and feeling like it is a chore to get your ass on that bike or treadmill.

That being said, a while back I made my own thermogenic coctail which consisted of yohimbine hcl (not yohimbe!!!!) ephadrine, alcar, caffine, guggulsterone, green tea extract, and taurine. This was basically what is found in most thermogenics on the market but I included some that aren't and played around with the dosages. But like I said, you have to be carefull with ephadrine and yohimbine because both may cause serious, sometimes life threatning problems for you.

    good luck on your diet!

If I'm correct, I believe Vasopro only includes Ephedrine HCI and Guaifenesin at 25 and 200 mgs. respectively. Lipo 6 is an Eph knock-off with Synephrine HCL as the active ingredient.

Eph and Synephrine are related and should not be combined unless you're using half a serving of each. L-Tyrosine also falls into this category.

Thus Lipo 6 and Vasopro Should Not be mixed for the former's Yohimbine, but you could certainly purchase some separately to add to Vasopro. Caffeine can also be purchased separately unless you use Lipo 6, which already has 200mgs.

    Regarding your night hunger question:

Many of the original dietary supplements including Twin Labs' Diet Fuel used a very good extract as the primary appetite suppressant. It's called Garcina Cambogia, and is a fruit rind extract (not an herb). Begin with 500mgs. (incr. to 1gm if desired, more that that shouldn't be necessary) 30-45mins prior to your evening meal and you'll literally have to remind yourself to eat.

I have heard the same thing yet I could never find any real proof of this claim.
