    bcaas what'd be better for prewo

    I have my meal at 12h30 and i train at 2pm and i would like to know if it would be good to add some bcaas or amino acids with my meal or maybe just before going to the gym,what do you guys think?

    BCAA's about 30 min - 1 hr before training are a good idea and also just after training.
