I just wanted to know if there are any supplements either thermogenics or other that I can take to get a boost before work outs. I've had a tough time getting in the gym after work everyday because sitting in traffic for 1+ hour after work really seems to drain me. Moreover I've been seeing less sunlight as its dark when I go to work in the moring at 7AM and its dark when I leave at 5PM, seems I've been suffering with slight winter blues depression in the time change. I'm planning to start a cardio routine at 5AM starting tomorrow morning and follow it with a strength training routine in the PM after work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
