    thanks bro, i really loved this cycle... i personally think i liked this one better than my PP cycle i did bck in august... i would definately recommend this to anyone looking to put on lean mass..... the gains were very dry, no real water weight here

    wow im sick..... cold is kicking my ass.... anyways here is yesterdays small back workout... was running short on time and just had to get it in during my lunch break.....

    friday jan 07..... BACK ..PCT day 5..... weight 195

    iso lateral rows 230x10/ 290x10/ 320x8/ 340x6 went down here... see note at bottom

    ok so last couple of days have been rough, hopefully next week will be better... i had to Soldiers get DUIs this week and i have been busy as a one legged man in an ass kicking contest.... had to kick them in the "jimmy"

    anyways so i go to the gym at lunch time on friday, i only have about 30 minutes to workout, due to the above mentioned stuff.... i walk to the ISO lateral row machine and start taking plates from the machine next to it (no one was on it) i get my 4 plates for warm up and then this huge black dude (no racisism intended, but he was fvcking huge and black) walks up with 2 plates in each hand, looks at the machine i just tooks plates from and now i know he was using the machine.... so im like, sorry dude, didnt realize you were using these, so i go to put 'em back and he is like DONT WORRY ABOUT IT! and walks to get more plates... i felt terrible.... so he ends up with like 8 45 plates on each side of the machine and is doing single arm pull downs... i was so messed up in my head i was worthless on my first excersize.... anyways hopefully next week will be better

    ok so im into the thrid week of pct... i just dropped the nolva to 20mg ED, and i have changed up my workout routine....gona go like this for a couple of weeks or so.....
    monday- chest and triceps
    tuesday- back and biceps
    wednesday- shoulders and legs
    thrusday- chest and triceps
    friday- back and biceps, im gona see if i cannt get a little more growth before i head up to kentucky....

    db incline presses 50x10 warmup
    70x10/ 80x10/85x5/85x4

    cable crossovers 60x10/70x10/70x10... thinking about going up on thrusday

    incline bench press machine 145x10/ 150x10/ 170x7

    tricep cable pushdowns 160x10/ 175x10/ 190x9

    tricep cable overhead extentions 160x10/170x10/190x4

    triceps were totally spent by the time i got to the last set of cable ext. so i left out the db overhead ext....

    tried ez curl @ 75 and pain was terrible..... tried straight bar @ 75 still lots of pain.....

    did cable bicep peak curls???? dont know the name.... its where you stand in middle of cable rack and curl both arms to your head like you where posing
    15ea armx10/ 20x10/25x18.... these didnt hurt like the rest so i think they will be a new addition to bicep days

    other than the forearm pain, great work out made some increases in wieght today so im feeling good...

    It seems like the weight you have lost since the end of the cycle is all fat, since you are getting stronger. Great job. This is definitely a lean muscle/fat-burning cycle. Gotta love the fact that the sides are minimal too.

    machine preacher curls 65x9/80x9/95x10/110x6 still have a terrible pain in my forearms, talked to a friend and he said he get it too.... he told me to drop the weight and it will get better after a week or so

    great workout today, i have dropped more body fat but i left my tape at work so i dont know where im standing. i would say im around 17%, thats pretty awesome for me, im starting to be able to see abs, i still have a ways to go but im loving the look...

    weight went from 189 up to 200, and then back down to 195ish
    thats a total of 6 pounds after pct

    body fat went from 20% down to 17%

    ok strength gains....

    db shoulder shrugs 85x10^100x10

    triceps
    tricep cable pressdowns 67.5x10^87.5x10

    tricep overhead db ext 90x8^100x10.... no larger than 100 dbs at my gym

    back
    seated cable row 140x10^240x8
    iso lateral row 290x7^360x6
    iso lateral low row 180x10^270x8

    chest
    incline db press 75x5^90x7
    cble crossovers 60x10^85x10

    biceps
    seated incline db curls 40x5^45x6
    rest of arm stuff is kinda flaky with the forearms.....

    ok so what do ya'll think...
