    Best overall Multi-Vitamin

    What are you guys taking at this point. I am using a Multi called Synergy that is really complete. Has ALA, milk thistle and all the other good stuff.

    i just go with my centrum with luten, for the eyes i guess. and supplement whatever vitamin that i dont think i got enough from

    I've got this new "One Source" from walmart, it has ginseng and stuff in it, I like it a lot. It either beats or stacks up with any other multi out there.

    best multi vitamin ive used is Multi Pro 32x from AST, it has all of your vitamins and minerals you need and you can take it once or twice a day depending on your needs

    i take a multivit twice a day so i figure any i take will be fine since im taking it like that.

    5am and 6pm or so
