So, I just purchased some supplements today.

The only other supplement I have actually taken on a consistent basis is protein powder. After speaking to a few people and doing some research, I was told that I should try some other supps and that they can possibly help me. So, here is what I just got done ordering today.

    1) NO shotgun
    2) PrimaForce CEE creatine
    3) SciFit BCAA's
    4) Multi Vitamins
    5) More protein powder (almost out- Muscle Milk)

Here is how I plan on taking these supps (With help from forum member "1**mfkr")

*Morning: A multi vitamin with breakfast
*Pre-workout: 2g of CEE, 27g of NO shotgun (that is 1 scoop), 5g of BCAA's all mixed in some sort of drink after I eat my P/C meal
*IMMEDIATELY after the workout: 2g of CEE, 5g of BCAA's, 60g of dextrose
*20 mins later (when I get home from gym): My protein shake
    *1 Hour later (P/C meal)

So, I will keep everyone updated with a new set of pics in May, and I will also add my personal opinion about these supplements and if they were worth the $$..

    Few reasons:

    1) I am bulking, so the fat content doesn't bother me right now.
    2) I LOVE the taste of it.
    3) It has worked well for me this far.

why 20 minutes later? i'd slam it with the dex. 2nd i wouldn't use muscle milk pwo. actually i wouldn't use muscle milk at all. all that fat is going to do is slow down your protein digestion.

I'd just use a simple whey or lean protein source like eggwhites/fish/chicken tenderloin.
I suggest waiting 10-15mins after your PWO concoction to take your whey to allow the BCAA's to be shuttled before adding other aminos which might fight for absorption.. also allows your insulin to spike upon which you consume your fast digesting protein.

There are 1000 ways of doing this, small details won't make or break a physique, it has to do with the other 90% of your diet and training/rest methods.
