powder or pills for vit c
i found ascorbic acid powder in my local gnc (uk) for £20 a tub ($40) i also found vit c pills 1000mg for alot cheaper will they both do the same thing or is the power better?

Yes they do the same thing.I take a dose of 8000mg per day,which would be 8 piils per day,this is why I use powder.Hope this helps....
I believe in high doses for vit C.

Vitamin C has shown to have zero effect on colds if you guys take it with then intention of aiding colds.

well that was the exact reason why i was planning on taking vit c, to help with colds as i have always got one.
what can help with colds then?

hey goose4 where do you buy your sodium ascorbate from in the uk, i went to GNC they were selling in in a small tub for £21.99
