    Kre-Alkalyn VS Creatine

    Which one is better?? I have been trying the Kre-Alkalyn but I dont see sh!t at all. I was wondering if you have to use it for a bit of a time before it kicks in or what. I what thinking of just trashing it and buying creatine but I dont know which one. I have never used creatine so I wouldnt know which is the best one to buy. Help Please!
