We all know that we need the equivalent of our weight in Protein Each Day.

I take about 7-8 scoop of 23g ED of Protein.
I would like to know how much protein can the body absorb every hour, or every digesting perdiod? Is there any maximum ? I suppose that my body can't absorb too much protein in a short period of time ?

Any experienced ppl can help me on this ?
