burn fat without eating the muscle
What is the best fat burning supplement that also takes the least muscle with it? I know of a couple but from what i have heard they also eat away at your muscle too. Thanks.

the best supplement for that is a good diet and doing cardio correctly

I don't do cardio because i drop too much in weight and muscle. My metabolism is so high that if i run alot or do any other sort of cardio i drop in weight very quickly. The only thing i really do i surf and play ball. My diet for the most part is on point.

you apparently arnt doing cardio right.....only go at 60-70% of your max heart rate and you will be burning the fat instead of muscle

Could try just walking, you will burn fat that way. For every mile you walk or run you burn roughtly 100 calories. what differs is how fast you complete the mile.
