    Best Weight Gainer? Home-made?

    What up guys-

I read several reviews of different brands of weight gainers (ON, CytoSport, etc), and it seems like a lot of them contain large amounts of inferior carbohydrates (high Glycemic Index).

I am planning on running an SD cycle soon, and want a solid weight gainer to up my calories. What brand would you recommend?

What about home-made weight gainers? Any recipe suggestions?

Or just look into foods that will help you gain weight.....Nothing compares to real food in terms of gains made.

    Potatoes
    starches
    rice
    bread
    Pasta

Make sure to toss in plenty of chicken, beef, eggs and milk for the protein needed.

    2 scoops of Whey
    1 cup oats
    1 desert spoon honey
    1 banana
milk or water ***ending on preference
    blend to a smooth drink

optional TBsp natty PB if you are not worried about mixing carbs and fats together.
