    Dymatize Xpand & Ergopharm AMP

I am currently taking Ergopharm's AMP, pretty much for the purpose of increased energy while at the gym- that is, I am not looking to cut at the moment.

My question is with respect to taking Dymatize Xpand with the AMP. I came into a bunch of free samples on Xpand and have been taking them half an hour prior to my workouts. My intensity, and general workout quality, have been great.

So, is taking both pre-workout overkill; or, have others who take other NO products experienced similar intensity while using both?

I tried to search for answers, but could not come accross any threads pertaining to both AMP & Xpand used in conjunction.

    Any responses would be appreciated.

As along as you feel good, then I say its fine.

I know a few people who stack Super Charge and NO3 Overload and love it.

Just a matter of how your body responds, ev1 is different.
