    too much time off?

    I am currently a little over a week deep into my 3 week oxodrol 12 cycle and though I normally take a day off from working out every 4 days (or 5) "4 days on ..1 day off" Since begininning my cycle i have been going more like 7-8 days on..1 day off due to faster recovery and the want to take advantage of my super anabolic state. This weekend , however, after a brutal leg thrashing workout friday I drove to the beach saturday morning pretty early for a family thing. I satyed last night and went swimming in the ocean and today went deep shark fishing early this morning and then made that long drive home. I hate taking more than day off but i am exausted and actually fought myself over whether or not to go..but i don't wanna get a shitty workout. i'm still taking 2 oxodrol 12 a day and my diet is on point. do you think this will be too long and have a negative effect? or should i be ok?

    you should be fine bro. first of all you shouldnt be workin 7 or 8 days on anyhow, just because ur body is in a better anabolic state doesnt mean it needs as much rest. the couple days off will be good for you. and do yourself a favor work 3 or 4 days on then take a day off, if u continue to work 7 on your going to hinder your gains

    I appreciate it K. Biz. Hearing that makes me feel so much better. a two dayr est period will make up for the last rest day i skipped. I need to listen to my body..if it needs break..i gotta give it a break. preciate it.

    I totally agree with K-Biz, you need to let your body recover. I do 3 days on and 1 off.

    when i was on sd every time i took an offday, the next workout was amazing. your body defintly needs rest.

    I never workout more than 2 days in a row. You dont grow in the gym.

    i only lift 3 days a week now

    theres no reason to 7 or 8 days a in a row
