Pre-wo... using caffeine, arginine, creatine?
I like to use a half serving of redline (liquid) and chase it with a strong cup of black coffee for my pre-work energy boost... gives me great focus and energy....
I now want to add creatine (cee) and arginine (aee) back into my supplementation...
Is it ok to take redline, cee, and aee at the same time (about 30min before my workout)? will the caffeine cancel out the effects of the creatine and arginine?
or should I just jump on the NO-shotgun Ive been hearing about?
