I only consume it directly in Atkins bars, that I started eating when I was low carbing it. Up til now, I have still been eating them since they are low sugar.

I eat other sweets on cheat days (at buffets... don't typically eat sweets at home, though), but used the Atkins bars to curb a sweet tooth on other days (and they are high protein).

But Atkins uses soy, so now I am thinking about replacing them. Any suggestions?
