why not just use both if your that worried about it?

Also, if thats some kind of PCT, you dont have to worry about keeping gains.

    why are you doing this?

I didn't say that, they just work in different ways. We are just trying to figure out why you wouldn't use both.

Myogenx is a test booster kid, and glutamine is slow broken down protien. I would suggest taking as soon as you wake up to break fasting and before you go to sleep. Don't make Glutamine your main source of protein though, get as much from good food and I personally try to stay away from shakes unless I know I wont be able to eat in a few hours. Another thing you might want to take to help prevent muscle breakdown is CLA. It will help a bit.

    I see, well.
Myogenx, creatine mono, and glutamine peptides

can get those three for around $60...really not that much

IMO, if 60 bucks is that big of a problem, the "alot of muscle youve lost before" was to lack of buying food.

What does your salary look like, if any? any kind of part time job or anything? Im in college, so I kinda see where your coming from

yeah bro, if money is an issue, I would use whatever I need for food and make a solid diet. Then, with whatever left, but your supps is wanted.
But diet def comes first. Supps wont help much if your diet isnt in check.
Good workout routine + solid bulker diet = bigger/stronger muscles
