    1-AD questions

    I used 1-AD probably about 5 years ago. When I bought it the clerk told me it was strong but to watch my estrogen levels. So I bought some estrogen blocker and don't remember what it was called. Anyway the guy told me that 1-AD works similar to steroids but it was legal and harmless as long as I take the blocker with it. So I did and lost libido completely. I had no idea what the stuff really was and just figured since it was legal it had to be safe. Anyway, now that I've learned a lot (not an expert by far still) I realize what I put my body through. Well, I've got somewhat of libido back but it never recovered the way it used to be. Not even close. I'm 31 now and don't know if it's to late or if there is something I can do. I know I was an idiot for taking something that I knew nothing about and now I'm still paying for it. Anyway does any one have any suggestions?

    Have you had any blood work done to test your hormone panel?

    You could also look into myogen x ... Alot of people like it..

    Protien factory got it I just followed a link you sent someone on it and read about it. I really appreciate your help man. Until about three months ago I had no idea why this happened. Then I started studying steroids and prohormones and put 2 and 2 together. I'm excited to hopefully get back to my old self again! Thanks again bro!

    Yea hope you can get this figured out so you can feel better .. You might want to consider getting some blood work done to see where you are at..
