I take a baby asprin if I am taking the "goods" or am on a supplement which will cause my BP to increase or have a ill effect on ones cholesterol. I would high recommend to keep track of your BP and add it when it gets in the upper limits.

Be careful, a mate in my gym had stomach complications from taking aspirin long term.

Make sure you keep the dosage low.

Aspirin has been proven to help prevent attacks and blood clots. Make sure it is a baby aspirin.
