been out of the game for sometime// protein?
looking for suggestions on quality protein shakes. meal replacement stuff. last i used MetRx and had some pretty good results. lost fat and gained some lean muscle. not taking any gear at this time. . looking to cover all the bases as far as nutrition goes before starting anything. thanks in advance

I've never screwed with weight gainer, I've just always ate an awesome diet. As for protein, I use Optimum Nutrition chocolate just cuz I like the taste. Most people will say you will need at least 1 mg of protein for every pound you weigh. I always try to get at least 1.5-2 mgs. Adding a good multi-vitamin can't hurt either

yeah
thats usually what i try to do 1gm per pound of body weight. just trying to update myself on brands of protein and creatine.
