lifting partner and his friend both took calf starter and liked it now he picked up this and gave me a couple of pounds. these ingredients are not as detailed as on the tub but looks pretty safe to me and maybe not a bad way to bump up a couple of pounds

You feed calf starter to a calf that can't eat solid food yet. Why the **** you would ever want to consume that shit is beyond me. It can't taste very good can it? Gross dude....I'd buy some weight gainer...or something made for a human.

i took two shakes a couple of days ago...one scoop of it with one scoop of protein mixed with water. you are right about one thing rocker it is the worst tasteing shake i've had and i've been known to throw in some raw CEE in a shake. i think i'll hold up for a while and waite till i can hit my chest and shoulders hard (still getting over shoulder surgery) if you want i'll let you know if my bros still alive after he's done in a month or two with this tub.
