    good workout today...a lil dissapoined i couldnt do deads, but watev i felt a good pump from the dumbell version (or was that just the SD kickin in LOL) Strenght was up from last week so thats always a good thing...On a side note gettin a deep tissue massage tomomorw which is SWEET...dunno if im gonna wake up at 5 to go liftin or just lift on saturday...probably the latter of the 2 lol

    I got a deep tissue massage done today so no lifty for this guy...im gonna go on saturday to make up for it then roll back into the routine again

    the massage hurt like a mofo but i kno ill feel like a million bucks tommorow

    Workout was GOOD today...I bumped the xmass up to 120mg yesterday and thatll b the last time ill do that cause i woke up today and nips were sore--f'in gyno--i think i have kbiz syndrome or somethin lol...i dropped the dose back down to 80mg today and no probs...I read that 120mg is where ALOT of ppl run into side f/x probs w/ xmass which i was hoping i wouldnt b one of them but o well

    def noticing increased aggression in teh gym (and throughout the rest of the day too which is NICE)...xmass was supposed to b a libido killer but ive been horny as a MOFO lately...just goes to show that supps (or designer roids lol) affect everyone differently!

    yeet another great workout...strenght was up, again weighed in at 224 today...so if i could put on another 7lbs or so over the next week and a half id b VERY happy meathed

    a couple minor sides to note...noticed my skin has been getting more oily, altho no acne has broken out yet **knocks on wood** and def have noticed an increase in my BP--my ears get RED as shit while im at werk...i think im gonna take some extra hawthore berry to take care of that prob

    Workout was great today...i think i had DD's today after that last bench set which was kinda fun to play w/ (no homo) Strenght was up in all areas again, shoulder held up great during bench. I def felt the SD kick in today...i upped dose to 40mg on saturday so i should be in for a wild ride this week...thinkin about droppin the xmass starting tommorow the continuing the SD for one more week (or as long as the bottle lasts )

    Workout was great again 2day Today was day 1 of cruise phase of STS and day one of pct (boooo ) Happy w/ my 225 #s but my strenght is just downright pathetic---my 12 year old sister can bench more than me Calf strength has shot up a noticeable amount BUT for some stoopid reason they DO NOT want to grow...i kill em week in and week out and they still stay lil O well guess that means im not gonna make it as a pro in bodybuilding lol

    front squats are fun dude they make your quads explode! youll get used to the feeling of the weight on your front...you just gotta find your comfort spot. for me, its with my arms crossed with the BB resting across the base of my neck/upper pecks. it almost feels like itll choke me if i lean back. just my .02
