Well, since you "work" at a supp store, you must be right.
It's not BS, but as with most anything, some people respond better than others. I personally think monohydrate is horrible, but some people get decent results with it. I do feel a good esterfied or krealkalyn creatine has some real world benefits.

I feel the diffrence when Im on and off

Creatine mono is one of about, maybe, 3 or 4 supplements that DOES work (dietary oils, vits/minerals excluded).

Well, even Wal Mart sells creatine. IT MUST BE GOOD. lol
I remember getting carded at wallyworld for buying mono.

I think it depends on the person...how its taken, genetics, how you train, ect. Evryone responds differently to different supps/chemicals.

I disagree, I think creatine mono does have real world benefits. I too notice a difference when cycling it. Definately one of the few supplements out there thats worth the money.

creatine does work...I've used it and it definitely makes your muscles more full, and brings a nice strength increase too.

Does your store carry the newer stuff out there such as CEE HCL or Kre-Alkyn.....both of these worked far better than monohydrate for me. Also most think you can just take creatine forever. You need to take equal time off as on. It's not Vitamin C.

Creatine has been shown to be safe and effective in literally thousands of studies, it works.

I love the way he asks "who else agrees with me?" and no one does, including some respected long time members, but he stands his ground.
Makes me want to start my own thread:
Protein sucks, who's with me?

creatine does work if you use it correctly. im sure many pros use loads of creatine. it is naturally found in meats. about 1g per pound of lean beef i think. look into the thousands of scientific studies on it.

This dip shit reminds me of people you meet from time to time who "know everything".
I have met both a guy who told me drinking water as a supplement does nothing for you as you get enough to live off a normal daily diet like tea and coffee and fizzy drinks... that was the point when I walked away.
Another convo i had in work was that there is no protein in meat "how an there be its dead", and that protien powders do nothing for you.
This was the result of a little bit of knowledge. The guy arguing it was dating a life coach who was an "expert" in a new fad diet from the states, and had told him a few of their overly expensive ideas for nothing. Quite frankly that relationship must have been a boring one if they talked about shit like that im all for things for free but this shit takes the cake and i got better things to do than listen to people talk shit let alone pay some mug £300 an hour to do it (who is the mug there eh)
