looking for a good protein shake/creatine

i stopped in Gnc today while i was at the mall i seen they had a good sale on Gnc brand products they had protein isolate 28 and creatine monohydrate are these products any good?basically im looking for a good after workout protein shake 100%whey and a good creatine i hear alot of people say to use pure creatine monohydrate but i dont want to get bloated, is there any other form of creatine that is better or is there a brand of creatine monohydrate that is micronized to prevent bloating?thanks..

GNC charges way to much for a small amount even on sale. Look online at dps and you should be able to find what your looking for in both products. I prefer micronized creatine from AST or Dymatize (200 servings) for very cheap price. Any basic whey isolate should do the trick for post workout. Also you might want to look for a carb powder. I prefer ON GlycoMaize.
