You would be better off setting your money on fire
As I look at the countless threads on NO explode and all these other crap products it makes me sick. Stick to the basics and what has been proven to work. Don't waste your money on this crap. Listen stick to the basics creatine, bcaa's,fishoil, plant based enzymes( maybe the most important). Most new produtcs are loaded with caffeine which is fine if you need an energy kick, but when used over long periods of time will tax the adrenal gland and everything is down hill from there. More thank likely almost 99% percent of the time when a new product comes out it's crap. All these NO produtcs are crap!! Stick to good companies like AST and MRM. They make the basics at a good price and at a good serving. Also do research people and Im not talking about the muscle mags. at wal-mart. ******** is a very good site to check out and get educated. I hope this thread saves some people some cash. Always buy from websites like ************************************************** **********************

Its all marketing and packaging. There's a sucker born every minute, happy or desperate enough to hand over their cash for some miracle supplement. You are totally correct in saying just stick to the basics, I would add that hard work and dedication in and out of the gym will work 100% better than most of these supplements. Thanks for the rant!!!

I completly disagree. I have used many NO products with GREAT results. I am not a fan of NO explode to be completly honest. BUT amp 02, and no shotgun have gave me some insane strength gains and incredible AAS like pumps.
To go out on a limb and say ALL these products are junk is completly wrong. before you start mkaing false statements mabye you shoul do some reasearch into why these products do work, and how they work.
BUT i do agree there is ALOT of junk out there, but ALL No2 products are not junk thats a ridiculous claim

I have done research . I think you need to. Probly the only reason you got gains from NO shotgun was not because of the NO, but because of the creatine and BCAAS that it is packed with and the protien. Like I said two of the basics creatine and BCAAs. Sorry to point this out to you.

NO's main ingredients are arginine and ornithine. Back in the early 90s these two products were sold together as a product called "GH fuel" It was supposed to boost growth hormone production.
people quickly found out that this product didn't do anything for their body. So arginine and ornithine disappeared for close to a decade only to reappear again, but this time as a pump-boosting supplement. Listen, it didn't do anything ten years ago, it won't do anything today even with that super cool packaging! Just say no to NO boosters.

Bros, I really think that basics are the best way to go and ofcourse good nutrions, and great work outs, and remember that everyone is different and our bodies respond different to different supplements, if something did not work for you that does nto mean that it won't work for anyone else. In addition to that I think that before taking anything people have to do an intensive reasearch on the main ingredients, formulation and how they interact with other supplements, so you get the max from them.

Im not going to agrue online with some amature who doesnt know what hes talking about because its pointless. Yes there is creatine in NO shotgun and BCAA's but the focus - pump and explosion in them gym did not all come from the creatine.
To come out and say that its a complete waste of money for every NO product is completly absured. Im sorry they have not worked for you, but they do work for many people, and to shy them away from a product that could give them great results because you yourself got bad ones is wrong.

the caffeine caused the focus and explosion. Anybody that has any real knowledge of supplements and who has been in the training world will tell you the same thing. Also your calling me an amature. I have forgot more than you know pal. I have worked with some the top strength coaches in the field. I carry the highest certs. you can have (CSCS/PES) along with BS and MA in exercise science to back it up. Go beat off to a BSN or Muscletech mag. with jay cutler on the front promoting the last crap out there. U you can have yourself NO eruption as snoop dog would say.

QUOTE=K.Biz;3353078]anyone experience this? I will be working out in the gym and like after im about 30min in i just start to crash....like i actully feel tired. my pumps still there but my energy is gone! it never used to happen but mabye im getting used to the NO shotgun
time for amp 2 which my smaple is on the way. [/QUOTE]
THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE OF THE CAFFEINE AND UNLESS YOUR ON LOW CARB DIET OR DROPPING CALS YOU SHOULD ALWAYS GET A PUMP IF YOUR WORKING IN A HYPERTROHPY ZONE.

Congrats, give this guy a high five, he work with top strength coaches. GREAT im happy for you, I wish i had the oppurtunity, unfortunetly i dont.
I want to research that proves that No2 products arnt sh*t... show me the proof and why they dont work. because i can show u the proof to prove they work.
granted caffiene will give u the focus and perhaps a lil bit of strength, but there are way more things in NO products that help with increased blood flow to fatigured areas.
I want proof, show it to me.

um this guy is off his rocker, you fail to say what goal everyone is trying to achieve? can you tell me mine? no, that is why your thread is complete trash bro. NO products have their place in BBing for sure. If I need more strength and a longer workout to push the limits a little more or I am looking to increase vascularity etc I would definatly take a good NO prouct (not No explode) . I dare you to try some Gaspari plasma jets bro.

NO's main ingredients are arginine and ornithine- They dont do shit and it has been proven. Take peak at NSCA journal from July 2006 it might educate you. Also since these products dont work they add in products that do like creatine,BCAAs, and a ton of caffeine. Listen if you think it works thats great, but I'm just letting people know they dont and they could be saving their money. Anyways you seem very bright you would make a great trainer at Bally total fitness.

I'm just say the NO it's self (arginine and ornithine) dont work. If you look at the products mentioned they have creatine, BCAA's , and a ton of caffiene. This is wear the feeling and results come from. Supplements companies wanna try and make you think its the NO. def. not. you could save money and take each indivially. thats my point. Also if you know the role of adrenal gland you would not want to take one of these products very long. 2 years from now these products your taking wont even be around.

If supplements don't do crap then how did Ronnie win the Mr. Olympia so many times in a row? I mean, surely he isn't in all those magazines promoting NO products and such to just make money right?

I have used pre workout supps and have had increased pump, increased energy. Considering one serving would cost you less than a coffee in most places I would say they offer pretty good value even if its only the caffeine that works!
