    Best Creatine??

    Im trying to get away from powders. I cant seem to get myself to take them on weekends while im busy or out of town. I load on cheap monohydrate and aside from that i use cell tech. What is the best pill form?

    i get the twinlab creatine pills but only use them when i'm on the go, other than that just monohydrate powder

    Musceltech Creakic is the only creatine that has worked for me (it is a pill), and I have tried heaps. Fairly expensive though. Other than that maybe try some krealkalyn

    I've tried a lot of brands in the past and IMO just any monohydrate powder.
