What brand of protein to buy?
I know this has been discussed more than a few time, but fvck it, I can't make up my damn mind. Is anyone convinced that a particular brand is godlike? I need to order some whey and casein. Price, flavor and quality are the factors to consider. Some people seemed to think Dymatize makes good whey and ON makes good casein. Opinions? Go!

Definitely ON. Tastes pretty good and it's not really that expensive for the quality.

I just buy both ON and Dymatize Elite for the variety of flavors. I think Dymatize is a little cheaper right now.
Just a warning-- do not under any circumstances buy the Banana casein from ON. You'll regret it.

You should build your own protein mix to your likes. I'm currently using protein from Trueprotein. Gemma protein blended with ion-exchange isolate, and a touch of BCAA's, glutamine, and creatine. Love the premium flavors. They got some really high quality casein too. Might throw some hemp protein in my next mix, heard good things about it.

I've tried them before. When I originally found out about it I was excited, but it turned out to be a bit pricey.

Whey is the same, only difference is price and name brand. Take some 100% whey with some amino pills.

I don't know how you guys can stand that sweet fruit flavored shiz. I buy unflavored isolate in bulk, mix it with maltodextrin, BCAAs, maybe some cocoa or instant coffee for flavor. perfect pwo shake.

Whey protein is whey protein at the end of the day. It all comes from the same source. Only difference between the brands is the percentage of whey n the actual product.

How well does Zero Carb IsoPure Mix with milk? does it "gunk" up like most other mixes?
or does it mix pretty well in a glass with a spoon?

Nectar - crystal sky or apple ecstasy. mixes better/tastes better than any protein on the market.
