i just read this thread .....i am speachless. i think this thread is a good idea so i am going to contribute my knoledge......forget those scrubs man... i think that some of that stuff could be usefull information......this is suppose to be a friendly board and you all dawged it.....why would you even post if it had nothing to do with the questions...why waste your time???

thanks for the replies. I thought this would have been a helpful thread too but we had too many ****ing idiots hijack the thread and contribute nothing but uselessness.. They comment regularly but its usually just to put someone down with exaggerated bull shit. Anyways, yea I agree RATTLEHEAD 5.0 puts a set of ****in' boulders not only on your arms but between your ****in' legs. theres no pre-work out supp better than man music. thank god for heavy metal. \m/

i just ran across this thread, and read the every reply and i too was surprised by some of the harsh comments it got..that was completely unnecessary, i think its a great idea if you guys get back on subject here.. i was wondering about [B]creatine/weight loss also .. right now im taking Cell-Tech creatine yes by muscletech, but for some reason i think you guys are going to bash it.. could you just let me know why cell-tech is no good if you say its not good..

as for weight loss i was just about to purchase hydroxycut about 3 hours ago, and i didnt.. i was hoping to slim down and lose body fat % and i did research that also agreed with higher power green tea instead..

basically any opinions on Cell-Tech as a good supplement creatine to invest in
and about hydroxycut or higher power green tea for lower body fat %

where can you purchase green tea by the way

Yea, thanks, I thought it was good idea too. but this thread is dead, i dont even know why its barely surviving. but anyway, I use to take cell tech back in the day, and I remember it having a ton of sugar which isn't good (a little sugar with creatine is actually good though). Cell Tech gave me stomach aches and stuff too, I hated it. I like Kre alkyln or micronized monohydrate the best. For cutting, don't just take green tea extract, it wont do too much becuase its a very, very mild weight loss supp. I'd look into a better OTC supplement or Lipoflame, or an ECA stack depending on what your trying to do as far as weight loss goals.
