Amino Acids V. Protein, Postworkout?
What would be more beneficial postworkout, 2 serving waxymaize,3 serving X-tend, 1 serving cellmass. (60 grams carbs, 42 grams amino acids+cellmass, approx...) OR 2 serving waxymaize, 2 serving Optimum Nutrition Protein powder.(60 grams carbs, 50 grams protein, approx..)? thanks for any input...
