    which creatine?

i know most people hate on muscle tech products such as cell tech but exactly cell tech works great for me. i get good strength gains and it helps recovery time. the only problem is that it gets pricey after awhile so i was wondering what other creatines are similar to cell tech that maybe on the cheaper side? thanks

i got good strength from it too. its not that expensive if you find a good price online. i got 2x7lb jugs for $50. i don't know any similar blends like that, but a lot of people recommend krea-alkalyn (sp?) but i've never tried it

Cell techs new Blue raspberry is nice, little more expensive but worth it on taste. I took the lemon for a while which wasnt half bad either.

dont even waste your time. krealk is a much better creatine. get the liquid caps, they have nearly 100% absorption.
