5g or 10g of BCAA's Before Morning Cardio?

Like the title says what would you guys recommend to spare muscle as you shed the fat during fasted steady state cardio (60-70% MHR)? I am using ON powder BCAA's and the serving size is 1 tsp which equals 5g total (2.5g Leucine but I forget the other two aminos amounts). Should I double up (to 10g total) or is this overkill? I also have a cup of black coffee, in order to get some cafeine in my system. Not trying to over think this, just curious as your opinions.

well before fasted state morning cardio... there wont be any protein in your body from your diet. so some bcaa's or a small whey shake before will do the trick

    1 scoop of ON whey = 120 cals, 24g protein, and 5.5g BCAA's

Why would I pour in calories (by ingesting whey) before fasted steady state cardio if I didn't have to? The BCAA's are the key to sparing muscle not solely protein. Don't you think the body would be more prone to burning fat with BCAA's only instead of the cals associated with the whey?

    Not this again.

    cardio on empty stomach

I couldn't come to a conclusion but if i do cardio first thing in the morning on empty stomach i feel sick after.

I sip on 10grams of bcaas (scivation xtend) and also about 10grams of clen powder (its 14 or 16mcg/gram) in the same bottle before during and after.

Clen is anti-catabolic (not anabolic though) + the bcaas i think thats a pretty good safeguard again catabolism. Been doing this for 2 weeks now and great fat loss (low intensity cardio ed for 40 mins) and according to measurements haven't lost any size so far.

The 10g BCAA is good, but if what you're saying is true then in your drink you have 140-160mcg of clen that you're drinking over the course of maybe 2 hours? That's a lot bro, unless clen powder is different than what i'm referring to (clenbuterol is what im thinking of)

Probably 1.25g isoleucine and 1.25g valine. Most like the 2:1:1 ratio.

Well I have been taking in BCAA's before cardio for awhile now and haven't seen any muscle waste. Not I only do pre-breakfast cardio about twice a week so it's not like I'm hitting it 7 days a week. My other cardio session are pwo.
