No, krealkalyn IS creatine. It's a micronized creatine monohydrate. its good stuff.

I know it is creatine but what I should have asked was which would you guys prefer, Krealkalyn or monohydrate? as far as effectiveness and bloating sides?

krealkalyn = creatine monohydrate with baking soda...

The thought behind it is that the baking soda helps protect the creatine monohydrate from the stomach acidity (from what I've read).
I think Scifit or Scivation or someone makes krealkalyn (look in to a vitamin shop)

I personally would just stick with creatine monohydrate and put it in your protein shake or put it in water.

krealyk is good shit. no bloat at all. the other non micronized mono's will probably give you bloating/stomach issues.
