Suppliments and Fat Burners
OK i have posted theses stats in a different area but long and short.
in Feb i weighed 285 no im at 215 i was looking into some gear but with some great advise decided i need to lower my BF% before running a rookie cycle.
someon esuggested Lipo 6. Any advice on a good Fat Burners as well as some decent supplements. i hit the gym daily and twice a day 3 - 4 days a week.

fat burners are a waste of time IMO I've tried lipo6x, hydroxycut, vpx meltdown etc.. they don't do anything except drain ur wallet.. change up your diet some and up the cardio, you'll continue to see results. you can look into ECA or clen if your so inclined, they work, OTC far burners are garbage

Post diet in diet section and look into aids like clen . But diet is the key if you want the clen to work.
