    Cell Mass....What do you guys think

    I am on the search for the best creatine....lol...my friend told me today it was the best....what do you all think...

    I take that, the nutritionists told me I wont gain water weight with it and become bloated, I haven't so I guess its working. It also gives me good stam in a workout, I recommend it.

    MUSCLETECH products cost to much and it tastes like suger i got that stuff wen i first started working out and never got it again....

    Not to be rude but the advice you've been getting off this board isn't too good.

    Here are my thoughts... The Cell-Mass is what - 1,000 calories (+ with skim milk) and less than 60grams of protein. It's a waste, even the biggest of stomachs cannot drink that and still feel well enough to eat afterwards (you need REAL food)...

    Also the amplified creatine is a joke, I guarantee you don't see any improvements while on this... I would recommend a micronized creatine mono like etr said or I was always a fan and saw improvements from Anabolic Switch by mri... You'll see real results with those two. As far as the Cell Mass... just fix your diet and it will be obvious to you that it's useless.

    what are you trying to gain specifically from using this stuff. I also think you need to familiarize your self with what creatine actually does.

    Bottom line it is really overpriced garbage, if you want to waste your money send it to me and ill put it to good use
