    critique my supplements

my goal is to cut down and gain lean muscle mass.

    currently im using :

protein: ON 100% whey (which has glutamine and BCAA'S)
multis and test booster: Universal animal pak and animal stak
creatine: Higher power CEE (Creatine ethyl ester) tablets

are these supplements good for what i want to achieve? is there one i should take out? or add to my list?

I think they all look pretty good. One thing I like to do when introducing new sups: introduce them one at a time so that you get a good feel for what each one does to your body. Not necessarily with protein, but with the others it is a good idea. If you start taking 2 or 3 new sups at the same time, and you have success, how do you know which one is working well?

I prefer BCAA's and Leucine to Whey.

    Creatine Mono too.
