Is Animal Pak a good supplement, or just go aminos with a multi?

The pills aren't tough on me, but do I need everything in there? Or is there a better amino supplement, and just take a reglular multi..Thanks

I have been taking them for a while now. I say for the money you pay for it and what you get, it is well worth it.

Your body needs a lot of different minerals, vitamins etc. Not only the people that workout should be taking some. I say go for it.

Ive been taking them for about 2 months now (1 pack a day) and think its amazing. Its highly recommended, I buy the large tubs as their better value.

You talked about aminos - I take one pack a day in the morning, and i also supplement aminos alone as there isnt enough in the packs for the whole day for me. I take BCAAs in the morning before cardio and then after workout, and an amino acid complex 4 times a day when im eating a meal. I use the amino tabs from Dymatize. I used to use amino liquid from Twinlab for post workout (excellent stuff).

In summary, your alright with animal packs mate, its a solid vit supp which is necessary for a good backbone to your training.
