    No2/creatine products before sports training?

    Ok...so we all know the debatable benefits of taking pre-workout supps before lifting (no xplode, no shotgun, black powder, superpump 250, etc)...my question is would using these types of supplements before sports training/practice be beneficial as it is for weight lifting?

    For me personally, I was full of energy but way too wired/jittery that it was hard to concentrate.
