Fish oil and Joint health Supp ?
I was just wondering how much fish oil I should be taking ED. Also should I take a joint health supp, if so what do you recomend. I lift higher reps in my sets generally, so the weight doesn't really feel all that taxing on my joints. I'm 195 @ 13ish %bf if that has any affect on how much fish oil I should be taking.

If you buy universal animal flex which is the most complete joint supplement you can get you only take 1 bag a day, you have around 8 pills in it.
I also bought labrada EFA and take 3 pills in one sitting works great for me, also note that in animal flex you have 1g of flax oil.

Controlled Labs Orange Triad has joint support, plus your multivitamin. It is not enough for a powerlifter though. Maybe add some cissus. But for the fish oil, reccommended dosage..

ok so we all understand that to feel your best w/o any unfortunate nagging body parts, you should take fish oil, flax seed oil, multi vitamin, glutamine, cissus, etc. but what should u get?! like what brand and size for the $$$?! what is the best deal and dont tell me u get what u pay for bc i hate that. thanks for your help

I take fish oil several times a day now. 5g 3 times a day, also i take some glusosamine and chodrotin

i take 10 grams a day and it has really helped my joints out a lot

The *****3 is a fatty acid right?? And it is healthy in moderate doses right? Is it possible to take too much *****3? So much to the point that it would be bad for your health? I just stick to one softgel with every meal

I take 25-30g fish oil per day (roughly 30% of my daily fat intake, some from EVOO and avocado too) and 3g MSM for joints.

It's kind of interesting to see how everyones does of fish oil varies. personally I have been taking 5-7g's of fish oil a day along side flexamin which is glucosamine, chonodroitin, and msm. the flexamin is kinda pricey, but the pain in my elbow is non existant.
