Question Help please, can somebody reccomend a type of creatine pills?

The name says it all. I've never used creatine pills before and I'm looking for a good brand. If you can give me a link that would help thanks.

Check out Purple K. Its made by Fusion Bodybuilding in Canada.

    http://www.fusionbodybuilding.com/purplek/

When I used it I saw similar results to Anavar just on a smaller scale. I would highly recommend it.

I am looking for some creatine in pill form as well, never heard of the purple K but think I will give it a shot.

One question, why are they recommending such low doses? To make it look like the bottle will last longer? Only 750mg a pill you need more than a couple a day, more like 6.

You take 1-2 pre workout and 1-2 post.

The buffered creatine is more potent the mono. I read somewhere it's like 7x more potent because less gets converted to creatinine (by-product).
