Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum, I have been seeking advice on running Test E cycle and guys convinced me that I am too young(20 yrs) and should go for a serious diet for now.

So I decided to fix my diet, buy some supplements and train hard!
Actually I have been training relatively hard since 16, but my diet was not very good as I realised now.

I read this thread:

So I will be following those guidelines for my diet.

My question for you guys is

What kind of supplements should I take and dosage to aid muscle gain? Creatine, protein, aminoacids??

I also know that many use NO Xplode, Nano Vapor, Halo and other *muscle building* supplements offered by different companies.
Are these helpfull at all? If yes, which should I go for?
