Glutamine/Creatine/NoExplode Help Pls
Hello People,
I was wondering if you could help me organise when i should be taking certain supplements Pre/Post workouts???
The items in question are Glutamine/ Creatine/ NoExplode/ Protein.
Currently this is what i am taking:
1. Before gym 10am: Oats/ 10 egg whites with glutamine/ Coffee.
2. After gym 1pm: ProPeptide (protein shake).
I have been told to take Creatine after my workout and Glutamine before my workout. It has also been suggested to take Protein shake before the i train to avoid any depletion in protein whilst training???
I have not yet taken NoExplode/Jack3d but have been told that this should be consumed on an empty stomach before my workout, but what about my eggs and oats??? do i consume them once i have taken the NoX???
All help appreciated ppl
Thanks

Glutamine: split it up into 3 doses- morning, afternoon and before bed
Creatine: definantly use the creatine PWO to help with recovery you could even throw some in pre workout as well either way it wont hurt.
I only use NO products every now and then sometimes they can be a little harsh if taken on an empty stomach pre work out so just see how your body reacts to it.
Still make sure you get your oats and egg whites in at 10 then hit the gym around 11 and consume your NO then. If you eat at 10am then have your shake at 1pm you shouldnt have any issues with you body being depleted of protein if you are concerned sip on some BCAA's during your workout. Might be a good idea to include a glutamine dosage in the next meal after you PWO shake as well

You can take Jack3d and NO-Xplode with food in your stomach, it'll be fine.

Get rid of glutamine. Oats and eggs you can use as your breakfast if you want to, those eggs will be digesting for quite a while. Half hour before workout take noexplode/jack3d. Intraworkout sip on bcaas, half hour afterwards ingest protein shake with creatine.

What else should i be taking??? Joint Aid???
I am currently taking fish oils, Vit C, Udos oil...
Supps i am taking creatine, glutamine and noexplode and lots of protein...
What else would you suggest, i thought that the above was enough but people keep suggesting endless amounts of supps to take.... There are so many out there, i know that nothing beats food and the micro-nutrients we get in good food. What would you say are essential???

Glutamine might be better utilized while off cycle to help preserve gains...noxplode has creatine in it if i'm not mistaken. white flood is a much better preworkout supplement imo, although im not a fan of preworkout supps in general

glutamine will not increase maximal performance in your exercises. Glutamine will not enhance recovery from high intensity exercise. It will not aid to enhance muscle-glycogen re-synthesis or new muscle protein synthesis. Also it will not prevent the depression of the immune system during bouts of exercise.

L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid found in skeletal muscle. People add it when cutting on a reduced calorie diet in an attempt to preserve muscle. If you're ingesting enough protein don't bother. You'll also get lots of it in your protein shakes.
