DOSE TIMES: Fish Oil, Carnitine & Chromium Picolinate
Little info about me:
19 years old, 6'0 feet, 211 lb.
Currently on a 4300cal/440pro/270carb/155fat diet - waiting to be critiqued & finalized
Currently taking Muscle-Tech's Vitakic Multi-Vitamin every morning
JUST PURCHASED:
Glucosamine 500, Chondroitin 400 [1500mg glucosamine & 1200mg chondroitin]
Fish Oil w/GLA [300mg omega 3 & 23mg omega 6]
L-Carnitine [500mg]
Chromium Picolinate [500mcg]
I was just wondering when the best time was to take these supplements -
3 fish oil in the morning & 3 before bed with casein shake?
3 pills [3 pills per serving] glucosamine & chondroitin in the morning
1 l-carnitine pill with fish oil pills[1 in morning & 1 at night] & 1 with high fat meals in diet
1 pill chromium picolinate with every high carb meal?

Just spread them all out evenly and take them with meals

thanks but im unsure of when to take each supplement
for example
carnitine with a high fat meal before bed and before bed?
glucosamine in the morning with fish oil?
fish oil in the morning and at night?
chromium picolinate with high carb meals?

Not going to make a difference.
Anytime I take a supplement that says take with meals I spread it out over the 5 or 6 I eat in a day like BigKountry said.
And FYI chromium picolinate has shown to be very ineffective on humans in numerous studies.

I have always been told that the most effective dosage of L-Carnitine is around 3,000mg (3g) a day. You are only taking 500mg / day?
