Its shit. There are varied degree's of quailty Whey and thats the bottom IMHO.

I used it when I was 15 years old and I have never had so many stomach problems. Total garbage.

If you want whey/casein or BCAA's, go with www.bulkpowders.co.uk. Thats who I use.

have you seen this in holland & barret by any chance? The only protein id buy from there is maximuscle (which ill be doing next weekend), expensive, but why waste money on cheap nasty stuff.

I tried it when I was out of town and forgot my protein. The place had no supp stores, but they had a Walmart. It was terrible. Tasted like garbage and it seemed to go right through me without doing anything at all.

yeah i seen it in there it was on offer just thought id ask, seemed like a bargain. but i shall keep away, i started a thread on protein and good some good replys just im coming to the end of my tub (met rx) and just wanted a change

Ive personally never used it and never would, i also saw it in holland and barratt as ddan said, the contents isnt worth the tub it sits in.

If you dont choose to go with swiftos brand which looks very good, take a look at gaspari nutritions myofusion, it tastes sooooo good.

Yeah I have tried it .Not that bad,after all its is just protein ,I mean it's like you are gonna get big just by taking protein alone.In the taste department not so hot.I really like Gaspari Myofusion,taste is on point...

i found it did not mix too well,really powdery and sloppy. even the maximuscle stuff gave me alot of wind the product was called cyclone i think. now i just get big tubs of unflavoured whey. much cheaper and mixes very well too.

Cheap whey = poor bioavailability = poor absorption (50-70% of what you ingest actually being utilized) = potential intestinal side effects, whey isolate is where it's at, go with swiftos website or myprotein.com
