    Need a good protein for hard-gainer

    I've traditionally used cytogainer in the past with probolic with relative success. I've begun to hear that cytogainer is garbage though, and that much better stuff exists out there. Can anyone make any suggestions for me?

    cyto gainer is a weight gainer, if your a hard gainer, you DO need extra calories. BSNs True mass is good, cyto gainer has concentrated whey, and milk protiens. and a ton of sugar, somthing with complex carbs and isolated protiens,maybe some casien protiens...Optimum Nutrition make a good weight gainer. same for gaspari...hope that helps you can always add oatmeal to your regular whey, for extra complex carbs and cals,also some glutimine or lucine, or powdered BCAAs good luck

    I'm a hard gainer and i use USN anabolic mix. Its pretty good stuff!

    Anabolic mix is too expensive...shipping to the US would cost more than the protein itself.
