    Amino Stability in Water?

I'd like to add amino's to my gallon of water and sip it throughout the day.

If I put the amino's in the before bed will they still be effective the next day?
Am I better off adding them in the morning?

I think that'd be a waste. You're better off just taking them intra/post workout.

I agree with you. it takes three to four hours to completely burn anything you put in your stomach. that's why I dont' go for the "time release" protein thing either.

amino acids are directly uptaken by the muscles rather then digested like protein so i would only guess they would last half an hr at most
