How much Beta Alaline against lactic acid?

5gr is the usual dosage. But how long will those 5 grams last for? One training session, half a day or perhaps the hole day.

I do a lot of cardio, especially cycling. I get the impression that it's effects are lost very quick with 2hrs of heavy pedling, or is it only suitable for short lactic acid build up in the gym?

Beta alanine is supposed to be taken daily for at least a month to reach peak levels in the body. That's when you really start to notice the benefits.

DO NOT go over 5g daily... you can actually OD on beta alanine and get really sick. I have done it twice before I figured out what was causing it. Cold sweats, stomach feels like it's going to explode, pass out tired, temp, pretty much feel like death. 5g a day will do great if you stay consistent with it.

    I used to use about 3g 2x/day.
